In the minds of too many Christians, the deity of Christ is grounded upon a few key prooftexts. When these texts are given a well thought out rebuttal, they have no way to respond. This book demonstrates that, while the proof texts are still viable, the case for Jesus' deity rests on much more than them, and is interwoven into the very fabric of the scriptural testimony. If one is skeptical of the claims that Christ is God, there is no better work to turn to, for a reasonable defense of that position, than here: and if already amenable to the idea, there is no better work to turn to for the defense of that proposition, or for a worship-inducing reveling in its certain truth. It will elevate your awe and wonder of Jesus. You will grow in your understanding of Christ's Deity, impacting your worship, life, and testimony. So many times I have seen unprepared Christians waylaid by the arguments of Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, New Agers, and cults of every stripe, simply because they have not been diligent in building a solid faith founded on God's inspired Word. I pray you are willing to invest a few hours to consider rock solid theology. Rob and Ed have worked hard at producing a very helpful book. It will elevate your awe and wonder of Jesus.
